
ARIZONA FAMILY PLANNING COUNCIL
The Arizona Family Planning Council administers federal funds under Title X of the Public Health Services Act for family planning services for the state of Arizona. A network of community-based agencies provides the full range of family planning services to over 40,000 individuals at over 40 clinic sites.
Services include: physical exams, education, counseling, birth control, pregnancy testing, laboratory, basic fertility services, referrals, sexually transmitted disease (STD) testing and treatment, HIV testing and counseling, and male and female sterilization.
