CALIFORNIA FAMILY HEALTH COUNCIL The California Family Health Council (CFHC) is a nonprofit organization working to improve the health of California families by increasing access to family planning, improving reproductive health care and ensuring access to health services. CFHC also serves to inform the public, health professionals and policy makers about health issues, conducts cutting edge contraceptive research and develops effective solutions to health care challenges. CFHC carries out its mission by coordinating and supporting the delivery of health services in community-based organizations throughout California.
