THE CENTER FOR COMMUNITY SOLUTIONS Established in 1913, The Center for Community Solutions provides strategic leadership to improve targeted health and social conditions in Greater Cleveland through research, analysis, communication, and organization of community resources for action. Since 1976, the Federation for Community Planning has coordinated the Metropolitan Cleveland Family Planning Program, which provides comprehensive family planning services in five counties in Northeast Ohio.
