FAMILY HEALTH COUNCIL OF CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA, INC.

The Family Health Council of Central Pennsylvania, a private, not-for-profit organization, excels a building and supporting community-based health networks through partnerships, education, advocacy and effective resource allocation.

The Council coordinates the provision of basic, preventive women's health care through an established 24-county network, bringing affordable, quality health care and WIC (Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children) nutrition services to low-income and uninsured women, men and families.

The Council also is the fiscal agent for the 14-count AIDS Planning Coalition of South Central Pennsylvania and manages the Coalition's AIDS service contracts.
