FAMILY PLANING COUNCIL, INC., (SOUTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA) The Family Planning Council serves the five-county Philadelphia region through an extensive network of family planning providers, including the region's largest hospitals, community health centers, Planned Parenthood affiliates, and the City of Philadelphia Department of Public Health. The Council supports a program to serve women, children, adolescents and families affected by HIV/AIDS. The Council also houses a regional training program for family planning professionals and a nationally recognized research department.
