HEALTH CARE OF SOUTHEASTERN MASSACHUSETTS, INC. The mission of Health Care of Southeastern Massachusetts, Inc. is to improve the health and well-being of individuals, families and communities by promoting positive decision-making skills, providing preventive health and social services, and encouraging supportive community institutions which optimize human potential. This is accomplished through the delivery of a range of health, social and technical services through 12 community-based sites. Included are 16 free-standing comprehensive family planning clinics, four of which are delegate agencies, WIC nutrition services, services to survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence, family home visiting services, adolescent primary care services, and a range of education, consultation and training programs.
