INDIANA FAMILY HEALTH COUNCIL, INC. The Indiana Family Health Council, Inc. is a private, not for profit organization with a mission to provide leadership in family health through high quality, comprehensive services, information, education and management. As the Title X grantee for services in Indiana, IFHC contracts with 11 not for profit and public agencies to provide services in over 60 clinics statewide. The IFHC system provides contraception, STD testing and treatment, screening for cervical and breast cancer, screening for testicular and prostate cancer, pregnancy testing, counseling and referral for other health services targeting low income families and teens.
