TAPESTRY HEALTH Founded in 1973, Tapestry Health is a non-profit organization providing comprehensive health services, education, outreach, and advocacy to the communities of western Massachusetts. Our clinics provide affordable and confidential reproductive health care. We also provide HIV and Hepatitis C counseling, testing, outreach and prevention education; Hepatitis A and B vaccinations; harm reduction and clean needle exchange; and referrals around substance abuse and other services. Our other community-based programs include the SAFE Youth Program for pregnant and parenting teens to obtain high school equivalency diplomas (GED) and job training; and the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) nutrition program, providing healthy foods, counseling vaccination screening and medical referrals.
