WYOMING HEALTH COUNCIL The Wyoming Health Council (WHC) is a private, nonprofit agency providing confidential and cost-effective services in all Wyoming counties. WHC contracts with community-based health care systems to provide the following: gynecological exams and Pap smears; anemia, breast and cervical cancer screening; testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections. Education and counseling on all contraceptive methods, including abstinence, is provided so each client can discuss options, risks, and benefits of each method and choose the best method for him/her. Clients requesting pregnancy testing and information are informed of all legal options, including pre-natal care, adoption and abortion.
