MISSION STATEMENT FPCA is a trade association of private, not-for-profit, Title X funded grantee organizations invested in strengthening the national family planning program. FPCA utilizes the service delivery expertise of its members to promote excellence in the development, operation and evaluation of community-based systems of reproductive health care. Serving as a forum for the exchange of information and exploration of issues of common concern, FPCA advocates for the provision of high quality services; supports effective and efficient management practices; and advises on program and policy development resulting in improved health status of clients and communities.
